Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CrownPlay website, applications, games, wallets, promotions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated under the CrownPlay brand at https://crownplay.gg (and related domains).

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing cryptocurrency, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML & KYC Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game- or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

CrownPlay provides an online gaming Platform featuring: (a) CrownPlay Originals with provably fair cryptographic outcome generation; (b) third-party slots and casino games via aggregators; and (c) live casino content via third-party providers.

The Platform uses a dual-currency system:

• Crowns (CR) — platform balance maintained at a nominal parity of 1 CR = USD 1.00 for display and accounting. Crowns may be used for real wagers and, subject to these Terms, KYC/AML checks, wagering rules, and fraud controls, redeemed for supported cryptocurrencies.
• Gold Coins (GC) — free-to-play / entertainment tokens. GC have no cash value, are not redeemable for cryptocurrency or Crowns, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for value.

Availability of games, currencies, promotions, and payout methods may vary by jurisdiction, account status, and risk controls. Nothing on the Platform constitutes an offer of services where such offer or use would be unlawful.

To register and use the Platform you must:

1. Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the legal age for online gambling / gaming participation in your place of residence if higher;
2. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
3. Not be located in, resident of, or ordinarily accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
4. Not be self-excluded, barred, or otherwise prohibited from gambling or gaming services;
5. Use the Platform only for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.

Restricted Jurisdictions include any country, state, territory, or region where online casino, cryptocurrency gambling, or redeemable dual-currency gaming is prohibited or requires a local license we do not hold. Without limitation, this may include (as updated from time to time) the United States and its territories, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, and other jurisdictions we designate. We may change this list without prior notice.

You must not use VPNs, proxies, Tor, location spoofing, or similar tools to circumvent geo-restrictions, sanctions screening, or account controls. Circumvention is grounds for immediate suspension, voiding of bets/winnings, and forfeiture where permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including tax obligations on any winnings or redemptions.

You must provide accurate registration information (including a valid email address) and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• One account per person / household / device / payment identity. Multi-accounting, collusion, or shared accounts are prohibited.
• Notify us immediately at support@crownplay.gg if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may require email verification, identity verification (KYC), and additional security checks before deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.
• We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that provide false information, fail verification, abuse bonuses, or violate these Terms.

Crowns and Gold Coins are platform units of account, not bank deposits, e-money, securities, or independently transferable crypto-assets outside the Platform’s redemption flow.

• CR balances reflect funds credited after crypto deposits (converted using our pricing/oracle process), gameplay results, bonuses (subject to wagering), rakeback, promotions, tips, and adjustments.
• GC may be granted via daily rewards, promotions, guest/demo play, or other campaigns. GC cannot be redeemed for CR or crypto under any circumstances.
• Balances may be held across real, bonus, vault, rakeback, and affiliate ledgers as shown in your wallet. Bonus balances may be locked until wagering requirements are met.
• We use high-precision arithmetic for money calculations. Display rounding does not change the underlying ledger value used for settlements.
• Crowns do not earn interest. Inactive accounts may be subject to maintenance fees or dormancy handling where permitted by law and disclosed to you.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in supported cryptocurrencies only (currently including LTC, SOL, XRP, and DOGE, as shown in your wallet). Supported assets and networks may change. Always verify the deposit address and network before sending funds.

• Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations and our internal reconciliation. Incorrect network / address sends may result in permanent loss of funds.
• Withdrawals of Crowns to crypto are subject to minimum/maximum limits, network fees, KYC/AML review, fraud scoring, active bonus wagering completion, and (where flagged) manual admin approval.
• We may require withdrawals to return to a wallet previously used for deposit, or otherwise verify wallet ownership.
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile. Conversion rates between crypto and CR may move between deposit, play, and withdrawal. You accept this market risk.
• Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. We are not liable for user errors, third-party wallet failures, or network congestion beyond our reasonable control.
• Fiat card processors (e.g. Stripe) are not currently offered. Any future payment method will be subject to additional terms.

CrownPlay Originals (including Dice, Mines, Plinko, Keno, Limbo, HiLo, and other listed originals) use cryptographic server seed / client seed / nonce mechanics. You can verify outcomes using our fairness tools. Hashed server seeds are committed before play; rotating seeds reveals prior seeds for verification.

Slots, live casino, and other aggregator games are supplied by third-party studios/providers. Their rules, RTP disclosures, and settlement logic apply in addition to these Terms. Interruptions, table limits, or game removal by a provider may occur without notice.

• A bet is accepted when our systems (or the provider) confirm it. Pending or failed bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Malfunctions void all affected bets and pays. Obvious pricing/odds errors may be corrected.
• Demo / GC play does not create entitlement to CR, cash, or prizes.
• We may limit max bets, max wins, or access to certain games for risk, VIP, or compliance reasons.

Bonuses, free spins, reload offers, promo codes, daily wheel rewards, race prizes, rakeback, and VIP benefits are discretionary and subject to specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering (playthrough) requirements must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Certain games may contribute partially or not at all toward wagering.
• Abuse (including multi-accounting, low-risk wagering patterns, bonus hunting, or collusion) may result in bonus cancellation, win voiding, and account closure.
• We may amend or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to commitments already earned in good faith under published rules.
• Rakeback and VIP tiers are calculated on eligible CR wagering and may exclude bonus abuse or voided bets.

You must not:

• Use the Platform while underage or from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or fraud;
• Use bots, scrapers, exploits, or automated tools that interfere with fair play or Platform integrity;
• Collude, chip-dump, or manipulate races, chat rains, tips, or affiliate programs;
• Harass other users or staff, or post illegal / abusive content in chat;
• Reverse engineer, attack, or overload our systems;
• Sell, transfer, or encumber accounts or balances except via official Platform features;
• Misrepresent identity, source of funds, or ownership of wallets.

Breach may result in investigation, suspension, confiscation of illicit balances where lawful, reporting to authorities, and permanent exclusion.

We apply Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls as described in our AML & KYC Policy. We may request identity documents, proof of address, source of funds/wealth information, and wallet ownership proof at any time — including before first withdrawal or above risk thresholds.

Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in restricted deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals, and ultimately account closure. We may freeze funds where required by law or our risk policies.

Gaming involves risk of financial loss and can be addictive. You should only play with money you can afford to lose. See our Responsible Gaming Policy for guidance, self-help resources, and how to request account limits or exclusion. We may also impose protective limits or cooling-off periods.

The Platform, branding, software, game clients, graphics, and content are owned by CrownPlay or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

Chat messages and other user content must comply with law and our community standards. You grant us a worldwide license to host and display such content as needed to operate the Platform. We may remove content and sanction accounts for violations.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation, nor any particular RTP, win rate, or profit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrownPlay and its affiliates, directors, employees, and providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or crypto due to user error, market volatility, third-party provider outages, blockchain failures, or force majeure.

Our aggregate liability arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees (if any) you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) the CR amount of the specific disputed transaction, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law (including for fraud or willful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrownPlay and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

You may request account closure via support. We may suspend or close accounts for inactivity, risk, compliance, or Terms breaches. Upon closure, withdrawable CR balances may be paid out after required checks, minus lawful deductions. GC balances expire on closure. Funds connected to fraud, chargeback analogs, bonus abuse, or illegal activity may be withheld where permitted by law.

Contact support@crownplay.gg first with your username, transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and investigate in good faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of CrownPlay (as updated in our operator disclosures), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction at the operator’s seat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.

Where required for your market, we may offer or recognize alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Details will be published when available.

• If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale.
• These Terms, plus incorporated policies and on-Platform rules, form the entire agreement regarding the Platform.
• English is the controlling language if translations conflict.
